So, I finished another bag yesterday. It is actually for my Aunt Cathy who lives near Indio, Ca. When I saw her for my Grandma's funeral, she came into our hotel room and saw a bag that I had made a while back and liked it. She asked if I could make her one too and I told her that she would have to send me lots of bags in order to do it. A few weeks later, a package arrived at my house and it was about 100 different colored plastic bags that my Aunt had mailed to me. Here is what I came up with...

Ugh, I wish I had posted more this week. Life has been interesting for me the last few days. Not much to write about now. I did manage to finish the bag for my Aunt. I completed it tonight. I am rather impressed with it. I want to make more to sell. I seriously wish I had more time to devote to it. *sigh* Maybe, one day.

Ugh. Yep, ugh.

Ugh. I think that is the official word of the day.

The day is over. boutfuckingtime. A recap, since its almost time to get some sleep (unfortunately, another day is a few short hours away).



-Work was actually fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. (which is a good thing) I wish I could go outside more. Today was the most beautiful day all year. Dare to dream.

-Started my English Comp. class today. The teacher was a little dull (a typical English Prof.) but he warmed up a little more towards the end of the night. I have my first reading assignment that's due on Thursday but my 'effing book still hasn't come in from half.com that I ordered over a week ago.

-Wished my younger brother, Matt, a happy 23rd birthday. Makes me feel old knowing that my younger brother is now 23 and my youngest one will be 20 at the end of the year. Ugh, I am such an old lady for being only 25.

-Stupid Ikea computer chair broke on me... while I was sitting in it. Grrr. I fell on the hardwood floor on my knees and hands. Now I get to waste money and buy a new one. Joy. Using one of the dining room chairs is not the most glamorous thing. My right arm hurts now. Seriously.

-Poppy, my girl cat who isn't the brightest crayon in the box, is now following the laser pointer. Beasley loves it. He chases it all over the house and now, Poppy is getting the hang of it too. I am happy. I was beginning to think that I was the owner of a ditzy cat.

-Selling more things off my half.com account. I just want to get rid of this crap more then anything. Plus, making about $50 extra every 2 weeks is a nice thing.

-Planning on selling my crocheted plastic bags. I just need to finish them and not let my cats eat a hole in them. Good luck on that. But who would actually buy something made by me?

I want a girl with extensions in her hair... Bamboo earrings, at least two pair///

So, I am at the point where I want to start selling all those crocheted bags I have been making out of plastic bags. I have about 12 now, all different sizes and colors and styles... I don't know how much money I would be making but I think that I should get rid of them. I could use the extra money too.

I am happy that I am making some money off the things I sell at half.com tho. I know it isn't going to make me millions or anything like that, but having some money is better then having no money and lots of unwanted music, movies and books in my closet. I just wish that more people would buy my things.

I need a better picture of the new bag I crocheted out of plastic bags. Yes, plastic bags. It drove Paul mad to see me constantly cutting up bags and tying them together to make one long plastic yarn ball. I had 3 huge balls of white bags (lots of grocery shopping at Safeway), some black (the corner store near my home and office), a few green (the roommates work has green bags) and some yellow (from the Mexican market we go to sometimes) and some brown (from the rare trips to The Home Depot). I have been using the bag for the last few days. I just hope it holds up and doesn't start to crap out on me. Sara (my co-worker) said I should sell them... Maybe when I am on vacation, I can whip some up... Who knows.

Ugh. Stupid t-mobile... I cant do my 365 till their server comes back online. In the mean time, I'm watching Be Kind Rewind with Paul and finishing my plastic bag.

Thank goodness that this week is over. Only 4 more days for next week then 4th of July on Friday... 3 day weekend! After that, I work 3 more days and Summer Vacation starts on Thursday! It is going to suck knowing that my paycheck in the middle of the month is going to be pretty small, but having 2 weeks off feels like it is so worth it at this point. My paycheck next week should be pretty big considering that we have collected over $40k... And I get 1% = $400 at least.

I haven been working on my crocheting project again. I have been crocheting old plastic bags (I want to take them back to the store and recycle them but I hear they melt them). I have made a few bags already. I don't think they are strong enough to use as new grocery bags, but I think I will use one as a new bag (I hate the word "purse")

On a totally unrelated note, I sold some more things via half.com and the two Cd's were a Limp Bizkit album and Andrew W.K. album... Since I listen to the Cd's before I ship them off, the Limp Bizkit one made me laugh because I still cant believe that I liked them so much at one point... The Andrew W.K. one was really good... It is the type of music I would listen to if I was going to the gym to get me pumped up.
